Suggestion: Adding the ability to recover your vehicle while wanted.
Detailed explanation: There's multiple jobs you can do as a criminal that require a vehicle either while doing it or after. For example the hijack vehicle, after delivering it, you are left in the middle of no where with no vehicle and a decent amount of wanted points. I'd suggest you'd have to call a mechanic, which would spawn your vehicle on the nearest street in about 30 seconds. This would be completely fair, and impossible to abuse.
