What rule have they broken:well, recently I had the account banned for "cheating" and abuse, so when I came back in the game (after 3 or 4 days) [IGC] SpynoF | CC decided to arrest me for 10 minutes for the same thing with which I already was banned.

only I was arrested, after HOURS, you decided to arrest others, translating you arrested me for personal reasons
