Explain what happened:There were two criminals I was in a safezone, they started to shoot at me and to my surprise I was able to be damaged, so I hid inside one of the rental cars cause they were hollow, they reported and phantom jailed me even though it was simply game mechanics. I could've hid behind the wall, if I hid behind the wall would that be considered abusing the safezone? if not what's the difference if I hide inside a rental car and behind the wall?

You can't punish someone for using those hollow rental cars as a shield... Its just a clever use of mechanics and the fact that he's getting spawn camped proves that he has the right to protect himself since the safezone itself gets bug from time to time.

Be professional and handle punishments fairly, you administrate the game and yet you lack knowledge about the game...

Hollow rental cars is not a bug its a feature so this punishment was unnecessary unless the devs themselves confirm that the rental car was not purposely made like that...

I am not gonna discuss here about the hollow thing, which is actually a thing we should try to fix, I agree.
However, I see that you were abusing a safe zone. You refused to leave it even though the people around the zone asked you to leave it. We punish people who abuse the safezone and I remember I punished some people who were reported by you for doing the exact same thing.
