Download the latest version of TXD Workshop here.

Open TXD Workshop and open your hud.txd under X\GTA San Andreas\Models.
Select either the crosshair, fist icon or the radar disc.
Click on 'Import' and find the specified file you want to import.
After imported, click on 'Save' to save the hud.txd
Go in-game and enjoy.

Going to pin this, also note that if the sizes of your crosshair, fist icons and radar disc are too large it will cause problems with your HUD whenever you log in.
