I honestly don't understand what you mean by "scam" on this context

Refusing to pay an agreed payment is scamming.

Not really. I said: "no payment? scam". I don't see the difference. I just made it easier for those who didn't understand it.

Exactly, but what you say here is nothing. If you didn't agree to give a payment for the winner, then where is the scam...?

So many useless comments regarding the payment thing. If a hoster refused to pay, he will be warned and the money will be given to the winner by a staff or some other CEM, problem solved.

90% of the events are based on payments, if not then there's no problem.

I'd say, go general on it.

Scam? Any CEM who abuses his rights, must be banned from the server, must not be permanently, but could also be permanently based on which right he abused.

;

Scam is too specific, make it so any EM who abuses gets banned.

Just live your life the way you want it, if you somehow made the wrong decision all you will get is life experience if it didn\'t kill you. And life experience is the best way of learning, it\'s practical learning, not theoretical. See things in a good way. We all regret things sometimes, but it means we learned from \"practical learning\", life experience. It makes the chance of making the same mistake lower. We can\'t change the past, but we can lead the future.
