Is there a chance to add 'event manager' duty in the future?
« on: December 03, 2016, 04:12:15 pm »
Hey there
So I was chatting with one of my friends when he suddenly asked me a good question, will there be an event manager? For those who don't know them the event managers are regular players just like us but have the ability to create server events, mostly in dimensions.Events like survival, TDM, FFA, parkour, racing, stuns and many more which proved to have won the people's love. Also since the duty has it regular citizens staff and developers can focus on other duties meanwhile give creative people the ability for something they couldn't access unless they became staff. Now this duty has requirements like a good memory and not bad computer/network however increases the chance for an event to occur per hour. Will you want to have such a duty in here?

I support your Idea because Staff have other things to do so they will rarely make events,
(also there was car ball event , Made by RiXxX , Who remember him ?)

I do, it was an awesome event as if we're playing a football match.

Anyways upvoting, though the rank should be given to the oldest and experienced member in the community, not to anyone. Still we don't know if it's going to be added or not but we'll see till then...

I really love events. They bring fun to the server and it's a good way to have fun is you're bored or whatever. I guess that trusted players with cool creativity should get this duty. Would be really really fun to have this system soon.

No, let players make the events and give them a dimension to do it.
Players ? really ? They will start abusing and making problems and not paying people .... etc, let's make it for Event managers better

He was replying on PhorPride's comment about letting everyone host events.

It doesn't mean everyone is an abuser if you are one. Beside that, players don't have the ability to add and map things, just a few commands to host a small event in another dimension.

No payment? Scam, which means a ban.

The idea is to make less things that can lead someone into a ban. It's not cool to ban everyone, isn't it?

It's their problem, if they scam they deserve a ban. CEMs can scam as well as they're human too (yes they are).

I honestly don't understand what you mean by "scam" on this context
