Suggestion summary:Ability to move camera when modifying a car
Detailed explanation:I suggest to let us Zoom In/out , Move the camera while holding right click on the mouse and get it the way and position you want.
(I can't even see what I am modifying in the car! just try go to a modshop and modify your car)

Well, The modifying camera is already rotating around the car so adding a button to stop/start the camera would be much better.

Stop/Start , also Move (the way you wish , maybe when Holding Mouse right click) and Zoom in and out
