Just a note, the screen shots that were provided in this staff complaint have been sent to me by Thecrow and by Juanpis for TWO DIFFERENT reports. Meaning they are using the same screen shots some of which are over 3 months old.

As far as I know this is about dark-one giving away his items saying he was going to "quit". He then did NOT quit. He wanted his stuff back and death did not give it back. This is not against the rules.  Death asked me twice if he had to give it back, I said he did not as it was given to him legit.

If I'm understanding correctly Dark is now mad about this and has other players reporting death instead of doing it himself or accepting the fact that he messed up and it's his own fault.

The captures are less than 1 week, in the chat you can see where I have the label in my name, if you check the chat you will notice that the photos do not pass more than 1 month, it is also a compilation of why they should expel him from staff and force him to return what is not his, all evidence works so I would like you to see it objectively

I know that dark when he came back I only asked him for 5000 premium hours and CJ's house but death said no and ignored him, I always wrote him that I would tell him those things so that they would not fight but he did not want to, and another thing, no I understand why they say that the screenshots that I took about death say that it is old, it is from August 30 and I sent them on September 1, and they accused me that it was a false report because the screenshots were "very old" And thanks to that they rejected the ITT, but death is abusing a lot and I know that dark told him to keep some things but that he will give him 5000 hours and CJ's house, but now I disagree that he returns things, because dark is a kind, respectful player, he doesn't deserve to be done that to him. And one thing I make clear to you, this makes players leave the server. I agree to give things back to dark.

You are defending the indefensible, it is seen as openly he says that he stole things, even his friends were harmed, will you really continue to defend this subject? GUS BY GOD YOU ARE THE MOST RESPONSIBLE STAFF ACT LIKE SUCH, more clearly a rooster does not crow you are watching a COMPILATION, see if you want to leave him as staff since from what I see he will not punish him, UNLESS HE RETURNS THINGS TO DARK

It is clear that they are going to defend death tooth and nail for many tests and audios that I send so, at least give things back to dark because this subject is the most corrupt on the server, death MUST GO PERMABAN

3. then the "well sometimes they abuse panel" was because I had already fixed the problem with Death, that's why I responded that way, but until now I realized that it can't be left that way it should be punished.

If you are going to continue defending Death, I can continue all day until I receive a punishment.

if i gave you my stuff as a gift saying im leaving the server, then later i came back to the server and then i talked to you about getting my things back, do you have to give it to me even if i was a stranger? no you don't have to give it to me because i gave it to you with my own will, i didn't say i will get it back later, so that doesn't mean death scammed darkone, scamming means he tricked him into giving his stuff and he didn't give him something in return, i don't understand why darkone just doesn't file this complaint himself? why did he makes 2 other people do this? its just a game guys..
