Can't register in game

Well I've being trying to register an account in game but it says 'Error: You have already registered an account on this computer.' But I never done this. This is the first time joining this community and I'm working on a personal laptop so yeah.

I really don't know what is that. Could I request a deletion of it? So I can create mine, or a retrieval anything just in order to get access to the server.
