Speed Pack [bug/glitch]

Hello im Dreamtwerks (ig name ingame) i recently bought a hellicopter, and i saw that speed packs are available i though, it works, and i buy it, i already buy it to another car no problems in that.

Its any way possible to get a refund?

I told Dreamtwerks to post this report since he told me that he bought a speed pack for his helicopter that doesn't work.
I think he's trying to say that! :-)

And you wasted money?

EDIT: In the screenshot, it says you bought HANDLING package, not speed package. Handling package doesn't increase your vehicle's speed.

The thing is, the "handling package" when you click has like 3 handlings inside 1 of them is speed pachage, i will ss
