i'd Punish everyone abused his powers no matter who was he and make fair Rules for everyone. and make the Gameplay Balanced and add new and fun things if i was a developer. ( ত ͜ʖ ত)

-Will try to communicate more with players so I know what they want

-make the ability to pay in-game money to get a base(not hood)
-Ban Hakim and Hamza 
-Remove Projectiles and never add them back
-Will do my best to encourage people for Role Playing instead of killing each other the whole day

As first impression I got from Gus, his character seems quite enough mature and calm. I would be acting like this, without dictatorial ethic and above everything else I would search for the best available developers around MTA to make the server being updated day by day, raising quick and steady enough its features. In addition, I would keep everything organized both in-game and forum, I would take care of the English quality in my scripts, hire responsible and mature staff members and aim to keep a healthy community with less people acting with immaturity towards everything.
