also has 30 hours here and a forum account. I'm pretty sure he's aware what Death match mean and you can check support logs as well he kept asking newbie type questions just to be funny.

Misuse and spam have two different definitions. The,definition of misuse is using something in a wrong way, the support chat in this case. Spam is repeating the same thing over and over again. How can you say that others didn't misuse, or not "enough" atleast, to get punished aswell? The screenshot is pretty obvious.

Currently, it isn't. Misuse is into the spam rule and players must be punished according to the rules. Suggest to separate both concepts then.

5.) Spamming is not allowed.
Spamming means saying or doing something over and over. (I.E saying "noob noob noob noob noob")
Speaking all all CAPS is also considered spam.
Chat misuse is also considered against the rules. Misuse can be using support chat to carry on convos or simply not asking for help.
Do not misuse any chat. Doing so will result in a global mute. Exceptions could be made for new players.

It doesn't matter what their definitions are if they are clumped into the same rule. Breaking either is breaking rule 5. Its sad y'all are arguing semantics rather than if a rule was actually broken. Which isn't a staff's job to be doing IN a complaint or appeal. Don't like how its set up, make moves to have it changed, not argue it here.

Sorry but not sorry, I don't use tactics I use my mind. There's too much fussing over some retarded 9 minute mute, I don't even care anymore; it takes ages to process this crap and I don't mind getting a 15 minute mute next time I spam. Just make it fair, that mute is obviously unfair, it's not about the argument or the mute time that bothers me it's why it was issued when there's no clear misuse.
