Suggestion:ETS Style Radio
Detailed explanation:The ability to add real life radios to listen to in-game like in ETS2(For somepeople opening google and mta together kills the RAM)

-With this, if we get larger playerbase we can have player controlled Radios (Ex: The Worker's Radio)

-People in the vehicle can hear the radio station you're listening to/ if it's loud enough people close enough to your car can hear it too(but not clearly)

I don't see why not, it can alleviate boredom, but I would like an option that could enable and disable it (this option can be on the cell phone)

This is already available. You can make your own radio station with winamp and a hosting service (we do not provide) then you get a .pls link and add it in-game.
