What Hiccup is trying to say is that we had a Group Leveling system and each level would give you different things. One of those things was vehicle shaders. Would be even better if we could have a Police Sultan. A modded one, like saying Police and stuff.

@Noble® is there an ability to add a vehicle in MTA ? an whole another model and a whole another car ? if yes they can add a Police Sultan and not changing it

Can you please avoid spamming this topic with not related stuff? Download the mod and replace it in your GTA. I actually even wrote a tutorial about how to replace mods in your GTA SA.
