Read the complaint again....
The guy told him that this NRG is tuned/got speedpack so he bought it from him. He didn't find it tuned/got speedpack

As I see you didn't understand too, I even asked to Gus if I was wrong. If you read again, he said that he bought it for 1m, logs says 750k + yeah probably he scammed him, but what, he said 1m and its 750k.
