Detailed explanation:this is getting our of hand people are abusing theese premuim hours that are bought with ig money example i had this guy under arrest he recovered his vechile to him and escape from me wich is complete fucking bull shit and i got pissed off of that shit either not fucking allow players to use premuim hours perks when under arrest or in safe zone this is abused in safe zone too they recover their vechiles to themselves and get away just disable using theese perks in safe zones and while under arrest cause this is complete fucking bul shit i lost 2 arrests cause of this shit Mr.Shadow and MARIO thoose 2 fucking newbies got away with their abusive shit
