Om het voor de Nederlandse spelers gemakkelijker te maken is besloten hier het regelement van de server en het forum te vertalen. Hopelijk is alles nu duidelijker voor de Nederlandse speler, als er toch nog vragen zijn kan je het laten weten.
Regelement in het Engels:
Forum Rules:
1.) All posts made on the forum must be in English.
The exception is the "IGC in Other Languages" section of the forum, where posts can be made in that language's subboard.
2.) Each board has its own rules that must be followed.
Look for a pinned topic in the boards you are posting in for the rules of that board.
Board rules carry the same weight as forum-wide rules.
3.) Post topics in the correct board
Topics that are in the wrong board should simply be moved to the correct one.
4.) If the ideas or content of a post is not yours, credit the original author.
If the person you are copying doesn't want their content to be copied, the post you made will be taken down.
If you are copying things from other servers' forums, you must be the original author or have clear written permission from the original author. Otherwise, it will be taken down.
5.) Do not spam the forum or people's inboxes.
Spamming would be posting irrelevant messages in a topic or sending people irrelevant messages that they do not want.
6.) Respect your fellow community members.
Do not do things to other players that would have a negative impact on their IGC experience.
Do not spread lies about players or harass players. No one likes to be harassed.
7.) Do not attack our server infrastructure.
Deliberately doing things that you know will do harm to or crash our server, forum, irc, TeamSpeak, MTA server or otherwise will result in a permanent ban.
8.) No advertising anything that has no relation to IGC.
Advertisements are spam and no one likes spam.
Forum: If your first post is an advertisement then you are a spam bot and you will be banned forever.
Server Rules:
1.) Do not deathmatch people or damage their vehicles.
Generally, it's not a good idea to hit or shoot at anyone unless you know that they'll be fine with it (unless it's part of the gamemode)
Cops shooting at armed criminals and wanted criminals shooting at cops is not deathmatching.
Rival gangs killing each other is not deathmatching.
Helping out friends or fellow group members in gunfights is not deathmatching.
Randomly crashing into other's vehicles repeatedly and on purpose is not allowed.
Randomly punching/damaging someone's vehicle repeatedly is not allowed.
2.) Play the game fairly and as intended.
Cheating will get you banned.
Do not take advantage of bugs to make quick personal gains or give yourself any unfair advantages over other players.
All exploits must be reported to the QCA on the forum. You have a responsibility to report bugs and exploits as you discover them and failure to do so can result in a punishment.
Do not use mods that would give you an advantage over those who don't have mods.
3.) English only in the main chat
Main chat, team chat, and radio/job chats are considered "main chat"
You can speak any language you want in local chat or private chats
4.)Griefing.
This is providing a negative gameplay and atmosphere for the players. (IE. Pushing cars into water, blocking ect.)
5.) Spamming is not allowed.
Spamming means saying or doing something over and over. (I.E saying "noob noob noob noob noob")
Speaking all all CAPS is also considered spam.
6.) Impersonation isn't allowed.
Impersonation is using a tag that you aren't allowed to use or using a name that belongs to someone else.
7). We do not tolerate racism.
Racism is insulting someone based on skin color, or nationality.
8.) Flaming is against the rules. Specific insults or personal attacks, especially those relating to a person's culture, religion, race, gender, national origin, is not covered under Freedom of Speech.
9.) All usernames must be actual words not symbols. Having names such as (,{,ect is not allowed.
10.) Do not attack our server infrastructure.

1.) Alle posts dienen in de Engelse te taal te worden geplaatst.
Een uitzondering is de "IGC in Other Languages" sectie, waar posts geplaats kunnen worden in de taal van de sectie waar u zich bevindt.
2.) Elke sectie heeft zijn eigen regels die gevolgd moeten worden.
Kijk voor een topic in de sectie waar u wilt posten voor de regels.
Sectie regels wegen even zwaar mee als het forum regelement.
3.) Plaats topis in de juiste sectie.
Topics die in de verkeerde sectie zijn geplaatst worden verplaatst naar de juiste sectie.
4.) Als de ideeën of inhoud van de post niet van u is, zal u de auteur moeten noemen.
Als de auteur niet akkoord gaat met kopieën van zijn inhoud, wordt de post verwijderd.
Als de inhoud van een andere forum komt, zal u de auteur moeten zijn of toestemming nodig hebben van de originele auteur.
Zo niet, wordt uw post verwijderd.
5.) Stammen op het forum of in de inbox is niet toegestaan.
Spammen wordt gezien als het posten van ontoepasselijke berichten of het vesturen van bericht naar personen die dit niet willen.
6.) Respecteer je naaste spelers.
Het is niet toegestaan om de IGC ervaring van andere spelers te bedrukken.
Verspreid geen leugens en verontrust geen spelers. Niemand zal het leuk vinden om verontrust te worden.
7.) Doe onze server infrastructuur geen kwaad.
Het opzettelijk verslechteren of vernielen van onze server, forum, IRC, TeamSpeak, MTA server of andere platforms zal uitlopen
op een permanente ban.
8.) Advertenties die niks te maken hebben met IGC zijn verboden.
Advertenties wordt gezien als spam, niemand vindt spam leuk.
Forum: als uw eerste post een advertentie is, word u gezien als 'spam bot' en zal dit uitlopen op een permanente ban.
Server regelement:1.)
Deathmatchen of het vernielen van andermans voertuigen is verboden.
Beschiet geen mensen zonder dat u er zeker van bent dat zij dit prima vinden (behalve als dit een deel van de
gamemode is).
De politie die op gewapende of
wanted criminelen schiet wordt niet verstaan onder
deathmatching.
Ook concurrerende gangs die elkaar beschieten wordt niet verstaan onder
deathmatching.
Het helpen van vrienden of groepsleden wordt niet verstaan onder
deathmatching.
Het lukraak en opzettelijk in elkaar rijden van andermans voertuigen is niet toegestaan.
Ook is het lukraak vernielen van andermans voertuigen niet toegestaan.
2.) Speel het spel eerlijk, zonder opzettelijke negatieve bedoelingen.
Cheating, oftewel vals spelen, loopt uit tot een ban.
Het misbruik maken van serverfouten in het voordeel van jezelf of nadeel van anderen is in beide gevallen niet toegestaan.
Alle
exploits moeten worden gerapporteerd in de QA sectie. U heeft de verantwoordelijkheid om serverfouten en
exploits te rapporteren als je ze ontdekt,
het weigeren om dit te doen loopt uit tot een straf.
Gebruik geen
mods die jezelf een voordeel geven tegenover de anderen die geen
mods gebruiken.
3.) Er mag alleen Engels worden gesproken in de
main chat.
Main chat, team chat en
radio/job chats worden gezien als
main chat.
U kan uw eigen taal spreken in
local chats of
private chats.
4.)

(bijvoorbeeld: het duwen van auto's in het water, blokkeren van spelers, etc).
5.) Spammen is verboden.
Spammen wordt gezien als het herhalen van een actie, opnieuw en opnieuw (bijvoorbeeld: het zeggen van "noob noob noob noob noob").
Constant chatten met caps wordt gezien als spam.
6.) Voorstellen dat je iemand anders bent is niet toegestaan.
Dit betekent dat een
tag of naam gebruiken die niet van u is verboden is.
7.) Racisme wordt niet getolereerd.
Racisme is het beledigen van mensen gebaseerd op huidskleur of nationaliteit.
8.) Vloeken is tegen de regels. Specifieke vloektermen of persoonlijke beschuldigingen,
vooral wanneer cultuur, religie, ras, geslacht, land van herkomst gerelateerd is, wordt niet gezien als de vrijheid van meningsuiting.
9.) Alle
usernames moeten woorden zijn, geen symbolen. Het hebben van namen als '(' of '{' is verboden.
10.) Doe onze server infrastructuur geen kwaad.
Het opzettelijk verslechteren of vernielen van onze server, forum, IRC, TeamSpeak, MTA server of andere platforms zal uitlopen
op een permanente ban.
