Guns missing and no money refund

Hello im dreamtwerks, and yesterday by this hour i have adquired a combat shotgun and a riffle (country the 50k one) and i play i get some turfs, and i log out when im back today i saw something wierd i didnt mind but when i was working i saw that 2 guns are missing,  and i have no refund money

log out with 20/21k, i log in with the same money.

if any one can help me im gratefull.

Are you sure have ammo for said guns? If you don't have ammo it won't show the gun.

yes i have, i go to shop and i have to buy them again, they are full bullets when i stop using them

im dreamtwerks there too, and now i have a REALLY op and not fair bug , i can turf, but enemies cant hurt me and i can hurt other members, why is that? i relog already but im stil in "GP" at tab '-' i will try resign and come back again


EDIT: i got my combat shotgun back, but not my riffle.

not solved yet but i can close the topic, it was long ago and i have a better sniper
