[Debate]Drugs and their system.

So I noticed that unfortunately the drugs not only exists from multiple resources but also got effects which will cause the realistic environment to die if it affects the players with more damage, less damage taken etc. The solution to it will be:
  • Removing all drug sources excluding the ones mentioned here. You could still buy or sell as an individual.
  • Removing drug effects, they are supposed to be sold for money.Keep the gameplay fair.
This will not only ensure the gameplay is realistic and fair but will also increase the drug market capacity based on weed farms and Meth labs and increase the chance for gangs to get in a war or attack each other.

That is something I like to see on IGC, you dont have much of that these days. I've been thinking of something to increase the chance of that.

Thanks for your feedback, as I explained this will literally help the whole community as the other drug system proved its failure in another community.

Read the suggestion topic, it will be sold to local and international drug dealers (peds) with a not fixed price.

But they have side effects. Later on they can harm you badly...

As the only open market for criminals, I doubt. It's going to make money for the criminal side.

In my opinion, drugs should only have a visual effect, as an example: smoke a blunt or take weed and you'll get green screen, see stuff you normally don't and such, not "Jump higher" or anything else.

Crininals get drugs, cops get money, so in that way criminals sell the drugs to everyone for money, everyone wins = economy

If we would have such drug system no one would bother buying them, think about it, would you waste ur money for a drug that all it does is make ur screen green?

Maybe drugs should focus on civilian, they should give buffs for jobs instead of combat buffs.
For example a drug buff that increases job progress by 5%
This can relate to irl people take drugs to make time go by faster or make them selfs feel good.
Also I will note that drug dealers mainly focus on civilians, you don't see a crack dealer smoking crack.

Realism? Many things in real life are deadly aswell yet many people use it. Removing it isn't necessary in my opinion since it's a game and it doesn't give anyone OP advantages. It's good as it is now.
Just live your life the way you want it, if you somehow made the wrong decision all you will get is life experience if it didn\'t kill you. And life experience is the best way of learning, it\'s practical learning, not theoretical. See things in a good way. We all regret things sometimes, but it means we learned from \"practical learning\", life experience. It makes the chance of making the same mistake lower. We can\'t change the past, but we can lead the future.
