Account retrieval Information

If you lost your account password or bank pin and you want to recover it you came to the right place, we will be glad to help you getting your accounts back, however, to make sure the process works just fine we settled up some rules.

Board rules

• The account you're trying to recover should be yours and only yours.
• Do not make a request for a friend.
• If whoever that is trying to recover your account finds out you're trying to steal someone else's account you will be punished severly.
• Sending a DM to any staff member or mentionning him in the topic or in discord to make him handle your account retrieval topic will get your topic review delayed.
• We are aware that losing your account may be frustrating, however, this doesn't give you the right to be harsh remember that we're here to help you.
