Even though I'm already a part of the staff team, I'd still like to post my opinion here.
I want IGC to be the one and only server where players can play, hang around and meet friends without getting obstructed by bossy staff members or dozens of unclear server rules. As a leader of the IGC staff team, I don't think a staff is doing well when he/she is punishing tons of people a day. I think a staff member is doing well when he/she is able to let things run smoothly, without using the banhammer.

Considering the current situation, I would search for more developers. Rest is pretty good at the moment and I'm talking mainly about the staff personnel of the server.

That's very true there are actually many administrators on the servers that ban people for simple satisfaction
