I'll like to hear Allu's side in this case. That SS just strikes me as odd, mainly as you are sprinting towards him as he shot.

@M1  Since Allu hasn't replied to the complaint how do you want to solve it? Valid or not? Yeah, it's kinda hard to know since Nevox running. He could just be shooting randomly or something. Probably it was DM but the SS doesn't prove it 100%. What you say?
