The 1st screenshot, yeah, it is DM. Not sure if it was by mistake or he did on purpose. He said "fuck" so maybe it was a mistake.
About the 2nd screenshot, it used to be allowed to kill other prisioners at jail on GTi. I guess this rule was not changed but, still need a confirmation by a higher staff.

You can kill inside prison. The other SS shows Aries asking if DM is allowed. Did he ask before shooting?
He probably did it on purpose. Why would he ask if DM is allowed? If it was by accident he wouldn't ask such thing.

While I disagree on random prison DM being allowed, I'll let the community decide if they want that or not, given there is nothing else better to do in that hellhole.
