? INTERNAL AFFAIRS DIVISION ?

Public Image
The San Andreas Sheriff's Department's Internal Affairs Division is comprised of the Police Misconduct Section,
which includes the Civil Rights, complaints by citizens against the Department's Deputies. The division is also
responsible for issuing ribbons and awards to Deputies and brave citizens, when needed, as well as banned
applicants, configuring the department itself from inside. Most of the department contents may not be
revealed for the public, still some could be found in a press release in the cooperation with the
Public Affairs Division. The division is also responsible for promotions & demotions, ceremonies could be
held out by the Public Affairs Division. Developing is one of the divisions main roles.

BANS POLICY
1. You get banned from applying if you are denied for 3 times.
2. You can not apply while being on the banned list.
3. Any Executive Staff member may interfere division's member regarding a ban.
4. Bans are not appeal-able. Exceptions can be made.
5. Damaging the Department's reputation, harassing deputies, and destroying
     properties may end you up here.
6. Leaving the faction shortly without notice may end in a permanent ban.

.Complaints
Filing a complaint is easy, although it needs to be efficient. Truthful
data, reliable evidences and solid proofs are needed in all conditions.
Although, Executive staff members will give their final decision the
Internal Affairs only take the report in consideration, organizing it
and handle it to the right authority.If the report is already invalid,
the Internal Affairs will give the final word.


To file a complaint against a deputy, you need to fill the

If you are willing to help developing the department in any shape,
we are welcoming you to do so. A report of your suggestion, will be
held by the Interns, handling the idea to the Internal Affairs staff.
If the suggestion fits the department, it will be discussed with the
Executive Staff. Otherwise, your report will be sincerely rejected.

Public Image
The San Andreas Sheriff's Department's Public Affairs Division is responsible for the
representation and public image of the department. As well as maintaining the
relationship between the department and the public. The division's role is to publish
publications in the interest of press releases or the departmental monthly bulletin,
along with organizing and conducting events for the department or for the wider
community. Deputies within this division should be contacted if you have any request
or information relating to their field.

? RECRUITMENT & EMPLOYMENT DIVISION ?

Public Image
Recruitment and Employment Division is one of the Sheriff's Department main branches which is in charge of Recruitment new deputies to join our department and help civilians on the field. Our job is to make sure each and every application/interview has been reviewed and that proper verdict has been given. In order to join this division as a deputy officer, you have to prove yourself as a non-biased person, someone who has been serving the department for a long time, and someone who has experience in forwarding his field knowledge to others. When you think you are ready, make sure to contact the division chief for further information. Recruitment and Employment Division is also in charge of training supervision and progress of our agents. Our job is to make sure everyone is capable of handling huge and complex operations, as well as simple combat scenarios.

STAGE I: APPLICATION
In order to become a Deputy Sheriff, you will need to submit a detailed application paper. This is your very first step towards your dream becoming a law enforcer. Once your application is submitted, it will be considered as pending.
You need to impress us with your answers in some specific questions. Your answers should be true, any incorrect information, will lead into instant denial, as well as being permanently banned, so please be careful. If denied, you need to wait 7 days to re-apply again to join the department.
You can submit your application in the Department's Applications' topic, using the correct format, and wait for a Recruitment Unit to respond to your application.

STAGE II: INTERVIEW
Once your application is accepted, you need to contact any available Recruitment Unit via Discord, or in-game. You will be interviewed and asked several question to see if you really filled the application yourself. If you failed to show up during a couple of days, your application will be dropped and you may be banned from applying for some time, or permanent.

STAGE III: ACADEMY
After passing the interview stage, you are now inside the Department as a Deputy Sheriff Generalist. During this stage, you are asked to perform as much patrol and activities as you can. You need to show your activity and your ability to perform such a duty. You're asked to read the department's guidebook and its content, since this is your first step becoming an experienced deputy.
Once the academy ends, you will be graduated along with other Generalists, and get promoted to the following rank.
