Information about yourself:Hello, My real name is Muhammed, I got a very perfect life with my family, my relations and my friends as well, i'm mature and respectful guy, maybe i made some mistakes because i'm a human, i love horror movies and action ones. I'm in secondry school i got lots of friends there spending a great time in school even i don't feel like i'm bored in school like others think. Why do you want to be an Event Manager: Greetings, I want to be an CEM to provide fun and satisfy participants with some cool events, and yeah i got many ideas for events to map. I won't talk about the past, I want to be a new CEM Like this is my first time being CEM, CEM is an advanced and huge duty the one can handle because it's quite hard to map creativity events but i was on of the most nice events mappers and i'll make more if you just gave me a chance to prove this. I'm an old member of this community and have a huge experience of it. I'm a JCM this proves that i'm active ig and on forum. Also If i've been caught abusing again blow me off IGC forever. Thanks.

I love discovering things, secrets and knowing more about people before judging them. I also enjoy watching Action movies and series. IGC is not the only online game I play , I have also GTA V, Crossfire, FarCry3 but honestly MTA is the best. I spend most of time chatting with my friends at teamspeak and Discord Why do you want to be an Event Manager: Before we start talking about why i want to become event manager, I'm gonna talk about my behaviour; I've completely changed it about what i was about and about what i did in the past. I have contributed to the EMs through mapping events and I myself invented a new type of event but there was a little bug reported it but they didn't fix till now. I've helped many EMs before and after my period as CEM also I'm an experienced CEM. I want to apologize about my behaviour and yeah I became active 24/7 again. I'm willing to create more types of event to satisfy participants. Here's a quote i made it myself "Denying people means you give them a chance" the meaning of it if you accepted a player you don't give him a chance you gave him what he wanted but if you denied him you give him a chance to achieve it again. Also i want to share something else here's my punishlog This prove that i've been completely changed and didn't get another punishment since the last one even though i didn't get a punishment before it. Currently CEMs are inactive except StealthGamer he made an event today, and i will be very happy if you gave me the thing i applying for but by saying that i'm not forcing you to accept me just askin for it. Detailed explanation: I'm suggesting adding a command to stop a specific drug or all drugs, this can help if you finished a fight and want to stop your drugs but no way to stop them, Commands: Stop all; stopdrugs to stop specific one: stopdrug "name"

So Yeah i came again active and applying for JCM so i can be noticed not like a guest. I got involved on most of discussions such as General discussions and Criminal discussions since the day I got CM and before it too. I was also confirming and reporting many bugs and helping many new comers to the server and the majority of other boards regularly. I showed you(Community Ranks Manager) many contributions i made. I'm also active In-game. I'm willing to contribute more with useful suggestions, and reporting bug, etc. I deserve another and last shot if you think that so.

The main reason of why I think I deserve this rank is my longevity in IGC(Not too much tbh) I've been playing IGC for quite a while I think. I believe that a person should not conceit himself, but my IGC career has been quite long I believe I had this forum rank once (removed by being banned however a 2 weeks has passed since the last time a forum rank has been removed from my profile), I've been helping new players and old players as well(And still doing that) I've had a few inactivity gaps in the past but these are for reasons that are out of my reach: School, exams and real life issues. And I am aware that past activity isn't actually relevant when it comes to apply for a Community Rank that's why I have increased by forum activity recently. With both my old and recent activity, I believe I satisfy the requirements for being a JCM once again. With my pleasure.

Actually, it's my second time applying for JCM After being accepted but it got removed because I was banned for 10 days, well before we continue i will talk about this, I'm one of the most active members on forum & game, I'm pretty sure you saw me today or yesterday i came back to the server to report bugs and suggest some cool ideas like before, and i promise you TRULY i won't break any rules again i was just angry because of those pigs but i realised that they don't deserve shit and i learnt from my mistakes and you'll see huge changes. I tried to meet all the requirements and I succeeded in that. I got involved on most of discussions such as General discussions and Criminal feature discussions since the day I got CM and before it too. Explain what happened: I was spawning some vehs from EM panel but didn't know it'll lead to be banned i didn't use them in wrong way and if i did it's just a game we all must have fun and there are some people i call them butthurts want me in troubles because of the goals i achieved but i didn't lose my hope, my friends persuaded me to stay and work again on them i learnt from my mistake and i regret, i didn't ever think that i will be banned after all the contributions i made i do know I'm wrong and abused my powers but i'm gonna say it again i learnt from my mistakes n i hope you understood me.
Additional notes (optional): I've never been a trouble maker In-game or forum my behaviour is good, also i waited too much to get the JCM i waited about 15 days to get the final decision about my CM and another 11 days to JCM if you won't forgive me this may the last time here because i wasted too much time here and at the end lost everything because of little problem. Thanks for everything. I ain't talking drama shit it's the truth.

Detailed explanation: I'll state some cool ideas to provide more fun to players - Adding /emrem to remove unoccupied vehicles -
This helps players in races and survival events n maybe more - Making stingers usable - I tried stingers in an event but it didn't work so making it usable would make events more realistic
- Being able to move objects with arrows, forward, backward, right and left because moving it with mouse cursor is kinda annoying
- Adding More Objects to /rb (e.g. Roads, Bridges and some Misc objects of GTA, i do know i can add them with ID but who will remember all of them?
- Being able to edit objects - Sometimes you misclick on your mouse and want to edit the object you just put but the current system disallowing you from editing objects or it doesn't exist so you must remove it and put it again
- Adding /emdildo "Damage value" - Hitting people with dildo to troll them or for entertainment purposes but what about making it deadly? "damage value" means you can set damage from 0-200 above 200 will kill anyone instantly also we can make new type of events called "Dildo war"

Suggestion summary: I will state some restrictions to play more fairer Detailed explanation: - Players won't be able to enter any interior if they were recently damaged , it's for cops/criminals/gangsters only
- You can't buy armor if you were recently damaged
- You can't drive rentable cars if you were recently damaged
- Cops can't enter bases if there ain't criminals inside

Why do you want to be an Event Manager: Greetings Manager(s), I've been working so hard in the last period until i completed all CEM requirements, my last app got denied because of my playtime although i had a huge knowledge about Event management and how does it work, but now i meet all requirements plus my knowledge, in my last app i stated everything about my knowledge. I have tons of ideas to map and to let players be happy with it, if i actually made them, players will be stasfied with every event and surely i won't make unfair events. Thanks.

Detailed explanation: Sniper's damage is VERY VERY LOW compared to other weapons such as deagle(one of the most cheapest weapons and ammo) but sniper rifle is expensive and its ammo too, i can hardly see players playing with it, so increasing the damage of sniper compared to its price would be good.
