I couldn't take one in a better position , but he was blocking , he doesn't want to let us shoot I lost 5 arrests because of him (also Jason is exploiting a bug in jail , I don't have a proof yet)
I warned him , but he doesn't listen to me , guys , make the punishments harder please so players won't think in rule breaking anymore

In my eyes, I don't see any breaking rules there. Invalid report. Better to take more than 1 screenshots for such cases because we really can't see any rule breaking there with only one screenshot.

I know what you trying to say and honeslty I do believe you but the SS doesn't prove he was constantly doing it. What we see is only an image. Next time take several SS or record a video :P
