Title: about rental vehicles

Why there isn't rental vehicles around the map (not for jobs) I thought there was alread , you removed it or working on it ?
and Another question,
Why isn't jobs' vehicles by level? I mean even in L0 we can use all Job Rental Vehicles.

I've never from a staff that there will be rental vehicles around San Andreas, correct me if i'm wrong.

About vehicle jobs level restrictions, as far as I know JTPenn removed it for a while but it'll be re-added soon.

Well at least at PDs are still on the level restrictions :|
And @Noble® asked like 10 times to remove it but ..
