Name of the bug:Farmer Bug while chatting  and animation bug.
Description:As you see i mentioned 2 bugs:
First Bug:When u want to seed plants you can't chat and open map, or even more things.
Second Bug:When u seed in close enough holes it will stop doing animation in some moment, it will stand up and u can't move for that period.

Edit: I found one more bug related for farmer job.
Name of the bug:Farmer Bug
Description:Okay i have it 16 seeds left but when i did holes with tractor i did 50 of them not 16 and the holes has staid there.

From what I understood it has to do with the script not mapping.

Yes. This board is for MAPPING bugs. So I adviced him to report it in the right place. I don't think there is another way.
