What rule have they broken:well, I was talking to some friends in ES chat, and ElTinchoATR started to do RACISM and flaming, because I'm Brazilian, I thought it would be better not to flaming like him, so I'm reporting him here in the forum

if it were just on flaming, I would not mind wasting my time reporting, this was a case of RACISM, and, why are you looking at my stuff? seems to be chasing me
