reason: abusing his staff powers and insulting and breaking rules

Why did i flame him? because he broke a rule and he blocked me from killing a turfer while he was a cop

then i flamed him then the jail instead of mute

i tried to talk with him to unjail and remove my punishement from log then mute me he said no for the following reasons i will explain

(LS) Cookin'//CC: unjail and remove my punishement from the log
(LV) [IGC]Nock|GIGN: why ?
(LS) Cookin'//CC: Because its suppose to be a muyte
(LS) Cookin'//CC: not a jail
(LV) [IGC]Nock|GIGN: because you act like a retard?

i tried to correct him by what i said above then he says ''because you act like a retard'' so he knows he should remove my punishement and mute me but he dosent

(LV) [IGC]Nock|GIGN: i know what will annoy you
(LV) [IGC]Nock|GIGN: a jail
(LV) [IGC]Nock|GIGN: because you're turfing
(LV) [IGC]Nock|GIGN: and you deserved it

he basically says he jailed me cause i was turfing and he was a turfer so i can't turf against them so this is clearly abusing his staff powers and insulting players like he can break rules but not get punished for it
