There was a criminal in the chat, he disappeared, the car is 30% in all screenshots, unemployed player on top of it.

The way I see it is that your car got damaged by the criminal and you're blaming it on someone else as all that's possible is someone hitting an already broken car

As i have seen the ss the vehicles HP is just 30% in all the ss's and there is no proper evidence of the HP going down. 
It  could also be that he is shooting the vehicle after the vehicle reached 30%. These SS aren't clear i guess.
