Just suggesting to give a forum rank to the Team Chiefs of each side, just like Community Member, Developer or Staff. I guess it might be cool to know who's chief of X team with this forum rank. There are no perks for having this rank (Atleast not yet) Just I thought that'd be nice to have them.

Maybe it will still the same color for all but with different RGB. Will be helping in this , I will give you choices.

Prime Minister doesn't make sense since Civilians as a unit are not government employees or organized into Ministries.

What would make sense is something along the line of a labour union (since civilians are, at thier core, workers). In which case these leaders are generally called General Secretaries or Presidents

We've decided to call it Civilian Minister, gonna edit all the names in the suggestion.

Overall, the suggestion is okay and I upvote it since we could recognize normal players from leaders of a certain team.

I think the name is already chosen and check Here (https://forum.igcrpg.net/index.php?board=60.0) , people already applied with the name " Civilian minister " so now I think it's up to developers to add this or not. Everything is perfect and ready , let's just wait.
