Ambulance usually flips over and keeps sliding, so it could have been an accident like he said since intentionally ramming wouldn't look like this, however your speed is at 0 so you were standing still, only explanation is that he was coming from north and flipped while doing the turn to enter that street, need a second opinion to handle it @Glenno @NizwaFTW

Looks like an accident indeed! Try to make more screenshots when you believe someone is trolling you :-)
