What rule have they broken: we agreed to merge group my group BanDitS and his group Ca$hout and he caused to delete my group then we join in his group and i got kicked :'(

Yes I do agree that u merged your group with Ca$hout (My group) and yes I do agree that Pancake deleted your group (Which is not my business at all).
After I got back my group I kept u as a leader and I changed the group name. Then one of our members told me to check the main chat and what I saw is this.

I am the one who kicked u and you was going to leave us anyways ;)

This is some shady business, for real. Anyway I do not see any reason to punish Spyno. Especially because it's Pancake who deleted your group.
I can't do anything about you being kicked from your group, since you were a leader, not the founder.
