Name of player you're complaining against :NXS|Escaper is his display name, Hazemadel is his username
What rule have they broken: Scammed me, he told me that he would trade his (oldtune?) freeway for my oldtune faggio but took mine and got away and changed his name to something like ghisahgkhask.
Date/Time the rule was broken: 23-12-2017 17:30 around that time
Evidence of them breaking a rule:No evidence, because I tried looking back in console but it wasn't available anymore
