What rule have they broken: exploiting, abusing bug idk
Date/Time the rule was broken: like 10 mins ago
Evidence of them breaking a rule: i was in the gangster team in LS, and i got notified that this guy "noob" has delivered the briefcase and it spammed my screen so i opened players panel to check it out, his cash was increasing like what the fuck.. he went off right after
