Suggestion summary: Criminal's glue into bikes!
Detailed explanation: Cop's can glue into bikes and criminals can't  >:( so i'm suggesting to give criminal's the /glue command into bikes this help's a lot when chasing a cop on a bike with you're friend since cops can why criminal's can't , give me you're opinion :D make both sides fair !
