I have often noticed that after we died and was spawned in the hospital, we can not change the weapon, we have only the first in hand (punch, beaten, etc.)

1- Reporting bugs should be in Quality Assurance board ( @Phoenix )
2- This is not a bug, Hospitals are Safe Zones, leave it and you'll get back your weapons
