Hi RoNEx,
The screenshot you provided doesn't show any deathmatching or whatsoever. About the flaming: We barely mute players for flaming, specially because we consider most flaming as a part of the CnR.
Even though Devil will not be punished, I will have a word with him about non-English in main and flaming other players.
