Title: Sugestion for group character limit

Hello!

I want to suggest, to add group character limit from 5 to 3.
Becouse i wanted to make a civilian group called: International Civilians Company. 
What happened? i got answer:  Your group name must be between 5 and 32 characters long.     :-/
