-Remove the Anti-Cheat and it only limits people fun and they leave as obviously no one would stay 1 hour doing nothing.
-Remove all projectiles as they are pretty bugged and after all I don't see many people using them, except abusers and exploiters.

swat are crims all of the time crafting drugs then why are u complaining?
If you want drugs, buy from crims
- Minecraft server, no not needed
- Pay ingame for a base? no how will we get money to make the server alive? Pay for us then
- Two players won't ruin a whole server
- I see nothing wrong with projectiles but k
- Personally, I play to kill cops not for RP and such
- What's wrong with rules?

Joke aside,
-id enable explosives in LV and some in whole SA. Like tear gas, I fucking love it. It gives me feel of RP when I use it vs criminals in closes areas.
-remove turfs from LV, since its just AFK farming money and exp, no1 gives a damn about LV. Instead id put 20 turfs in LS. Few in town and rest on parts away from town. Like BB and shit. In LV I would put businesses, player controllable Casinos and stores. Town would be full DM, everything allowed, since u have to protect ur business.
-fix animation skip bug since its pointless to fight 1v1 vs someone who use it.
-implement medkits, with restrictions ofc. U cant be healed if dmged in last 10 seconds. So ppl dont cry how OP they are. Everyone says it will be kill medic job, but honestly I dont see anyone playing as medic besides Callum.
-buff deagle, sawn off, AK and tec/uzi/mp5. Accuracy/strafe speed for all of them. Currently only 5 guns are used. Colts, combat shotgun, shotgun, m4, sniper. Rest are too bad.
-repair kits should fix popped tires.
-allowing wanted players to turf. With turfs in LS criminal will turf just like in LV. Just they will get wanted while doing it. It wilI bring more activity for crims just like for cops.
-wanted players that were nonviolent for 5min will dissapear from police computer
-reducing cost of jail fine by double AT LEAST. Its way too expensive atm, ppl rarely pay for it.
Those are things that are in my mind currently, and I would try to implement them if im one being asked. :)

About wanted players in computer. Well its just RP idea. There are not many criminals lately, i was thinking about something to help their side. This and reduced price of jail fine would be good xd
About LV turfs. Its big change yes, but i think its better if turfs are in LS. More activites for everyone. Currently crims just rob stores, banks and atms. Gus mentioned businesses he wants to make, it can be done in LV i guess. It can be high risk high reward. You should manage your business and protect it.

Just no medkits. There are restaurants all over San Andreas where players can buy food and heal themselves. Nowadays criminals are already camping inside restaurants. We should not make it even easier for them to walk around freely with tons of medkits xD

I agree jails fines should be reduced because they are insanely high. However, if criminals want to lose their WL, they should fine or let a cop arrest them :-)

I believe moving turfs from LV to LS will affect the civilian side in a negative way, because Los Santos is like the core of the civilian jobs. Besides, Las Venturas will become useless, since there's nothing else there but turfs. xD
