What you're asking for is modeling.. Its not done in map editor, you can't edit objects (open entrances in them) unless the entrance is another object I.E a separate door object that can be removed

Flower told me that he used 3D models... (forgot the name) to edit the object , but he wants me to pay him

look its a program that you can edit the object from it i mean adding new object to MTA and idk if you can done this in IGC

It was done in many bases in GTI
