Why was this server name chosen? I mean, there was a server back in like 2014 with this name and it died. So, just wanted to know why was this server name chosen in specific?

Choosing a name that generalizes all of the objectives is something to be picky with. It always goes in a terminology track like "Gaming, Community, International, Values, Transparency, Integrity)

Nulled forums generally don't reflect good on the people running them. I would recommend Discourse, Flarum or NodeBB as other free alternatives that are fairly modern.
The least they could have done is gotten a relatively premium theme. I have all of DzinerStudio's premium ones (yes, even the new ones - I paid for them) and am willing to give them to the server owners if they would like.

Why not if SMF works just fine and fits our need?

I've always been a fan of SMF. While I do like IPBoard better, using nulled software can have very negative repercussions for the server owners, especially if an unhappy player reports them to the authors of the software.
