Name of player you're complaining against:NYS-CMDR*A
What rule have they broken:abusing seasparrow ,hes always patrolling with a seasparrow and killing newbie crims who dosent know to play even and thats highly unfair for single crims..if new players get dmed like this why the login again ? to get dmed by a seasparrow?
Date/Time the rule was broken:everyday since he got a seasparrow for his group atlas
Evidence of them breaking a rule:i dont have any ss but u can ask any regular players
