What rule have they broken: Random Deathmatching
TwiSTeD|BO$ used the speaker to kill me while I was chasing criminals
PS: In the screenshots, I had to stop following the criminals to clearly show what he was doing
Date/Time the rule was broken: 08/11 (16h)
