Title: Kilo Tray Base

Since few group members made their own group bases, we will vote for the base.
Everyone who wants to participate has to finish his base by friday and post clean screenshots of it HERE!
- non group members will be paid 200k if their base wins
It is recomended to add a word or two about your base, describe its features, its pros and cons, and why should players chose it.
Voting starts and ends at Saturday.

*important* - when making base, fix all collision problems if you have any so you cant glitch trough map

It has huge amount of space, decorated in gangsta style and object number is 50

Large base with 2 gates, 82 objects (Most of them are small details, I can remove them if that's a problem.)  Has a stairway to the roof for a helicopter, and 2 houses with doors for interiors.

Edit:
I'd like to mention that there is a small version of this base available if you need it. 50 objects. All fences and gates are included still, but a few miscellaneous objects are deleted to meet the base requirement (barrels, crates small stuff)

I will go with Flak's. Your's is nice and neat, but its not a base lel, more like backyard of someone's home. Anyway, thanks for for all hard work guys.
