Why do you think you were unfairly punished: Because i'm not random DM!
Explain what happened: I was be criminal a few hours ago, a lot cops want to arrest me. Richwell too i'm killed him when he is jobing police. Then he spawn in hospital near me robbing. He off duty then he come to me. I think he will back duty to kill me. I'm killed Richwell, because i think he will kill me. Then he report me, Mackepper punished me SS . Do you know how is Random DM ? Random DM is when you're criminal and you kill someone being criminal like you. But Richwell he's cops he just off duty. But he's still a cop anyway.

Take SS's or use /report while he's off-duty.
He can't be near you to turn his shift back on anyways.

I know how to take SS and how to report him. But you not understand what is random DM? Random DM is Crims killing crims, not like me. I do not care either him can back duty or no. Anyway, he's still a cop i can kill him. This is not my fault.

He is an off-duty cop, therefore, you can't kill him and he can't kill you. That way, cops can chill and stop worrying about being attacked by a random criminal and return to his job whenever he wants to be back, without the need of taking the job at a PD again.

The thing is that the reason of the end shift function is to forget about your job (In this case being a cop) for a while and chill like NaTz said. You can only kill on-duty cops, not off-duty ones. 

In short, only kill people with blue names (KT$C not included.)
