Explain what happened: Today 7:22 PM (GMT+7), I'm killed Che_Guevara 2-3 times and he's cops. He used white name then came near me. Then i'm killed him more u can see here . But Cirani jailed for reason Random Deathmatching? Random DM rly? click me .He's cops if i'm not kill him. Him will kill me then i will to jail.

So Okay, I tried to reproduce what you said and indeed an off duty cop can kill a criminal but they won't receive the reward money, but here's the catch criminals who got killed by an off duty cop goes to jail. Sorry for misjudging the report.
