What rule have they broken: Abuse of bugs
Date/Time the rule was broken: Today morning at 9 am to 11 am Bangladeshi time.And safezone abuse somedays ago.

In detail:
So the story begins when Me and my gangmate Blut were fighting with Danger and Caeser from SWAT Team.
We were beating them up.
When their hp was low.They just got into safe zone,And called a medic to help them.Medic healed them in safezone and they killed us after that with full hp.
So They both are abusing. Safezone and Medic.
Here is another story.
We were fighting cop.
As we all know Caeser got an Ammunation.So He gave ammo of RPG to all of his friends for free.
They were just raining RPG on me,Including Caeser
He abused RPG. and then proudly said to me -"You got a problem with that?"
Many of us saw that,Including Davan,Alcatrax,Khush.
They did the same thing again when we became crim.
Caeser,Danger and Mota just threw non-stop RPG at us and killed us all.
Abusing it and proudly admitting it, huh.
Not only this He also abuse many things,
As example Since sniper damage increased Caeser use it to hunt down people from close like aimbot.He use it like when he is fighting with shotgun.
He shoot without aiming and as a result of bug bullets hit the body perfectly without aiming.
I wanted to forget all those.
But he is abusing everything.
Safezone,Medic,RPG,Sniper.
Maybe more than that, who knows?

Seems valid Caeser and Motafa is in same business and partners so they get ammo for free and they used RPG like M4 i saw many players who telling this

First, change that dick-ish title. Especially since you were banned before for abusing ammo. Calling him the king of abusers is kinda hypocrite.
As far as I have witnessed, Mota and Caeser give each other and other friends weapons and ammo. However, I will let Marx do the investigation work. Especially because the players concerned are in my team.

Drac 1- I don't have ammunation Danger the owner now i sold it from like 2 weeks + 2- We got this Ammo for free From MoTa me and MoTa best friends IF anyone from us need money or anything We give each other + 3- See who killed u 4 - Ik u felt sad from your banned today + 5 - I saw Electro's comment Electro iam not partner in any ammunation and When i joined Market ammunation I left it after being partner + 6- Drac u don't know how to reload your weapons in the perfect time Then u said iam bug abuser Thx + 7- About the medic I killed u after this he healed me and healed your Team ah i forgot Bone country ammunation the only ammunation in LV Doesn't have RPG And Ask Glenno

Quick update before reaching my final verdict : Caeser has every single right to give away RPG ammo, it isn't abuse. It's his business he can do whatever he pleases with it, secondly complaint is 75% valid for what I've read. The evidence provided is totally legit but the issue is that RxDracula decided to title both his complaint and evidence folder with a very dickish and inappropriate way which makes him lose some points for me. Until now, most of the things you've said are valid apart from the ammunation and medic ''abuse'' part.
I will return shortly with my decision, everyone can prove me wrong if they want.

Caeser has every single right to give away RPG ammo, it isn't abuse. It's his business he can do whatever he please with
My problem isn't with his business or with his friends.He used Heavy weapons non stop to take us down.They 3 was heavily armed with rockets and rpg.They just keep firing it at us.I don't see here any fight,they just abused rockets !!
