this could be use as a job. Like a civillian/crim would graffiti a wall and then a cleaner would have to remove the wall, I mean "cleaning it". Tho the most known rp server has it :x

Maybe add a criminal mission where a gang leader tells you which wall should you tag. Once you accept the mission, you will be given a blip on your radar to follow. Upon reaching the blip, you'll have to enter the marker which will trigger an animation similar to tagging. You will be paid per 10 tags or less, give me your opinion on this.

Is it possible to add graffitys with the spray to paint the streets? Would be good, we could add to that logos also of the groups, a maximum of 3 graffitys per person

Yeah its possible saw it on some other server theres a downside tho. Once everyone uses graffiti spray shit the map download will increase and you'll probably experience some slight problem.

I'm not a scripter but on first point, i would say we can replace some alpha and non-used objects to edit their textures.
